Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• It usually takes 1-7 business days to fill an order depending on when your order was placed. 
  
  

Estimated Shipping Time:

• Orders are sent through USPS.
• U.S: Estimated 2-5 days.
• If the order is marked “delivered” by USPS they are considered delivered for the purpose of refunds and cancellations.

Shipping FAQ’S:

• We are working on shipping world wide.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address upon ordering.
• If for any reason, you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to help you. However, fulfillment begins immediately after your order. There may be times that your shipping label has already been printed and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
• If a package is not delivered to the customer because of the wrong address, please email us at wickandwhiskhelp@outlook.com. And we will begin another order to replace. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes:

• Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply to the order. We “Wick & Whisk” are NOT responsible for delays due to customs.
